WordPress 2.3 Released

Just few hours before, Wordpress.org had announced that Version 2.3 “Dexter” of WordPress is now ready for the world. This time, the 2.3 version includes lots of exciting new features e.g. native tagging support, plugin update notification, URL handling improvements, and much more. This release is named for the great tenor saxophonist Dexter Gordon.
In the official wordpress.org blog, Matt had summarized all aforementioned features in brief which i belief will help the you to judge to update or remain your old version. The summary goes here:
OpenOffice.Org is a very good, open source alternative to proprietary office suites, and is available free of cost just like any other open source application. OpenOffice 2.3 was scheduled to be released on September 17, 2007 but it has been made available a day earlier on some download mirrors.
